Dear Ellison Elementary School Families,
It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce myself as the new Principal of Ellison Elementary School. I am truly honoured to join such a vibrant and growing school community, and I look forward to getting to know each of you in the months ahead.
I come to Ellison after serving at Rutland Senior Secondary School, and before that I had the privilege of working in the Surrey School District as a teacher, school counsellor, and vice-principal. These experiences have strengthened my belief that strong relationships between students, families, and staff are the foundation of a positive and successful school community.
From my first impressions, it is clear that Ellison Elementary is a place where students are cared for, encouraged, and inspired to do their best. I am excited to build on the wonderful work already happening here while working alongside our dedicated staff and engaged families to create meaningful learning experiences for every student.
As we begin this new school year together, I look forward to partnering with you to support our students as they learn, grow, and discover their unique strengths. Thank you for the warm welcome I have already received.
